Due to the nature of custom repair work, refunds may be limited.
Refunds may be offered only when:
Work has not commenced, and cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe
A clear service failure is demonstrated
Refunds are not offered for:
Change of mind
Undisclosed damage affecting repair outcomes
Wear or weather exposure after the repair is completed
We will always work with clients to resolve concerns professionally.
Project deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or scheduling has been allocated.
If you believe the work does not match the described repair standard, contact us within 7 days of completion so we can inspect and resolve the issue.
