Due to the nature of custom repair work, refunds may be limited.


Service Refunds

Refunds may be offered only when:

  • Work has not commenced, and cancellation occurs within the allowed timeframe

  • A clear service failure is demonstrated

Refunds are not offered for:

  • Change of mind

  • Undisclosed damage affecting repair outcomes

  • Wear or weather exposure after the repair is completed

We will always work with clients to resolve concerns professionally.


Deposits

Project deposits are generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or scheduling has been allocated.


Quality Guarantee

If you believe the work does not match the described repair standard, contact us within 7 days of completion so we can inspect and resolve the issue.
